This tool helps lecturers enter assessment results and generate grading documents. Student names, IDs, grades and feedback are processed in this browser and are not uploaded to, or stored by, this website. The information will be lost if you close or refresh the page. Download your documents before leaving.
Check every document carefully, then follow the grade submission instructions provided by the SBS QA team.
The website host may still process ordinary connection information such as IP addresses. Files you download remain on your device.
1. Class information
Unit descriptions and criteria are read-only. QA updates the criteria bank, not teachers.
2. Add students
Paste student ID and full name from Excel (two columns), or enter students individually. Student information is kept only in this open browser tab.
4. Enter assessment results
Add a student first.
Assessment criteria
Check = Yes (criterion achieved); unchecked = No. Every criterion requires feedback. Page references are required for Yes only.
5. Export documents
Uses the original SBS Word templates and Times New Roman. Blank students are not marked Fail. Review the files before submitting them according to SBS QA instructions.
